Is the nikon z5 good for wildlife?

The Z5 can work for wildlife, but the lens does most of the work. The body has in-body stabilisation and a 24.3-megapixel full frame sensor, and on this site it's the lenses that decide whether you can reach animals that are far away and moving.

For reach, I'd look at the Nikon Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S as a sensible everyday pick. If you need more reach, the Nikon Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR and the Tamron 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD go further, at a cost in light.

For the thinking behind this, see wildlife and sport and buying used, which covers getting into long lenses cheaply.
