Prime lens

A prime lens by Nikon for Full frame cameras, 400mm f/4.5.

What it frames like

Its full-frame-equivalent focal length on the sensor it was made for.

How wide 400mm sees on each sensor it covers.

f/4.5 wide open, to scale against f/1.4.

On full frame (Nikon Z): as marked, 400mm.
On APS-C (Nikon Z): like 600mm on full frame; f/4.5 gives about the depth of field of f/6.8 there.

See what it frames: its view on the Nikon Z5 IIC at any distance, and its depth of field, drawn to scale.
