Can I adapt the pentax smc da 50 135mm f 2 8 ed if sdm to sony e?
I don't have anything on this site about using this lens on a Sony E camera, so I can't tell you whether it works or how well. The [Pentax smc DA* 50-135mm f/2.8 ED [IF] SDM](/gear/lenses/pentax-smc-da-50-135mm-f-2-8-ed-if-sdm/) is a Pentax K mount lens made for APS-C sensors, and it's an autofocus lens. The adapter idea I do cover is for old manual-focus lenses from film cameras. Mirrorless mounts are shallow, so those adapt easily and cheaply. An adapted autofocus lens is a different question, and I haven't written about it.
For the general idea, see the adapters section on the lenses page. If you want a lens made for your camera's mount, browse the gear catalogue. Sorry I can't give you a straight yes or no on this one.
