Prime lens

A prime lens by Canon for Full frame cameras, 800mm f/5.6.

What it frames like

Its full-frame-equivalent focal length on the sensor it was made for.

How wide 800mm sees on each sensor it covers.

f/5.6 wide open, to scale against f/1.4.

On full frame (Canon RF): as marked, 800mm.
On APS-C (Canon) (Canon RF): like 1280mm on full frame; f/5.6 gives about the depth of field of f/9 there.

See what it frames: its view on the Canon EOS R8 Mark II at any distance, and its depth of field, drawn to scale.
