What filter size does the pentax smc da 40mm f 2 8 xs take?

I don't have the filter thread size for the Pentax smc DA 40mm f/2.8 XS on this site, so I won't guess. The lens page lists its specs, including the Pentax K mount and the fact that it's an ultra-thin pancake, but not filter size.

Check the size printed on the front of the lens barrel or the box, or look it up with Pentax or a retailer before you buy filters. Since it's a pancake lens, a slim filter will suit it best.

If you're shopping for filters, the Landscape page covers which ones are worth having, such as a circular polariser and ND filters.
