What cameras fit the tamron 12 20mm f 2 8?

The Tamron 12-20mm f/2.8 is a full frame lens, and it fits both Sony E and Nikon Z mounts. Its catalogue page lists a long run of compatible bodies, so here is a quick way to narrow them down.

On full frame, it frames exactly as marked, from 12mm to 20mm. On APS-C bodies it behaves more like 18-30mm, which is a useful everyday range for street and travel shooting.

Full frame bodies that take it include the Sony a7 III, Sony a7 IV and Nikon Z6 II. APS-C bodies include the Sony a6400 and Nikon Z50. The full list is on the lens page.

If you are choosing a first body to pair with it, the first camera guide explains why a mirrorless APS-C body makes sense.
