Voigtl nder nokton 25mm f 0 95 type ii vs laowa argus 25mm f 0 95 mft apo?

Both are 25mm f/0.9 manual-focus primes for Micro Four Thirds, and my pages list them with the same specs: same focal length, aperture, mount, and no stabilisation. Both fit the same long list of MFT bodies, including the OM System OM-1 Mark II, OM System OM-5 Mark II and Panasonic Lumix G9 II. On Micro Four Thirds the field of view is like a 50mm on full frame, and the depth of field is close to f/1.9.

My pages don't say how the two differ on price, sharpness or handling, so I can't name a winner from them. If you're shooting Micro Four Thirds, either will do the same job on paper, so choose on what you can get and how you like the look.

Watch the names: the Laowa Argus 25mm f/0.95 CF APO is a different lens, made for APS-C cameras. For the depth-of-field maths behind these numbers, see the focal length converter.
