Both are full-frame 135mm f/1.8 autofocus primes with no stabilisation, so they frame the same: 135mm on full frame, or about 202mm on APS-C. The real difference is mounts. The Samyang AF 135mm f/1.8 FE is listed for Sony E only. The Viltrox AF 135mm f/1.8 LAB also fits Nikon Z bodies.

If you shoot Sony E, either lens will do, so pick on price and what's in stock. If you shoot Nikon Z, the Viltrox is the one for you.
