You asked

Ttartisan af 40mm f 2 vs voigtl nder septon 40mm f 2 aspherical?

Both are 40mm f/2 lenses for full frame, and both frame like 60mm on APS-C. The difference is focus and mounts.

The TTArtisan AF 40mm f/2 has autofocus and works on Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount. It also fits a much wider range of bodies, including Leica SL, Panasonic Lumix S and Sigma fp models. If you want autofocus, or you shoot L-Mount, this is the one for you.

The Voigtländer Septon 40mm f/2 Aspherical is manual focus and fits Sony E and Nikon Z only. If you enjoy focusing by hand, it's the better pick for a Sony or Nikon body.

Neither is stabilised. If you're not sure how the 40mm framing suits your camera, the focal length converter will show you.
