You asked
Ttartisan 90mm f 1 25 vs leica summilux m 90mm f 1 5 asph?
Both are manual-focus 90mm primes with no stabilisation, so the choice mostly comes down to your camera mount.
The TTArtisan 90mm f/1.2 is the one to pick if you shoot Sony E, Nikon Z, Canon RF or L-Mount. Its spec sheet lists f/1.2, slightly wider than the Leica's f/1.5, and it also has a Leica M version. On APS-C Sony bodies it frames like 135mm.
The Leica Summilux-M 90mm f/1.5 ASPH only fits Leica M bodies. If you already shoot an M, it's the natural choice. If you don't, I wouldn't buy into the M system just for this lens.
For a 90mm used for portraits, either will do the job. Pick by mount first, then by aperture.
