You asked
Ttartisan 35mm f 1 4 vs 7artisans 35mm f 1 4?
Both are 35mm f/1.4 manual-focus primes for APS-C, so they frame and blur about the same. On Sony E, Fujifilm X and Nikon Z they behave like a 52mm on full frame, and on Micro Four Thirds like a 70mm. Neither has autofocus or stabilisation.
The差 is mostly mounts and price. The TTArtisan 35mm f/1.4 is a very cheap, small fast normal lens, and it also comes in L-Mount, so it fits the Leica, Panasonic S and Sigma bodies. The 7Artisans 35mm f/1.4 covers the same APS-C mounts but not L-Mount.
If you shoot Sony, Fujifilm, Nikon, Canon RF or Micro Four Thirds, I'd buy whichever is cheaper when you look. If you have an L-Mount body, the TTArtisan is the only one of the two that fits. For more on choosing a first fast prime, see Lenses.
