You asked

Ttartisan 14mm f 2 8 asph vs laowa 12mm f 2 8 zero d?

Both are manual-focus, unstabilised full-frame primes at f/2.8, so the choice comes down to field of view and mount.

The Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D is the wider of the two. It's the one I'd pick for interiors, landscapes and anything where you want to get lots in. It also covers more mounts, including Canon EF, Nikon F and Pentax K, so it's the easier choice if you shoot older bodies.

The TTArtisan 14mm f/2.8 ASPH is a little tighter. It's worth a look if you shoot Leica or Panasonic L-Mount, which the Laowa doesn't list. If you're on Sony E, Nikon Z or Canon RF, both work, and the 12mm will give you the wider view.
