Tamron 24mm f 2 8 di iii osd m1 2 vs zeiss loxia 25mm f 2 4?

Both are full-frame primes for Sony E mount, and they frame almost the same. The Tamron 24mm f/2.8 is 24mm, and the Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4 is 25mm. Neither is stabilised.

The real difference is focus. The Tamron autofocuses, and the Loxia is manual focus only. For most people I'd pick the Tamron, because it's easier to live with day to day. The Loxia's f/2.4 gives you a little more light and a little more background blur, but only if you're happy focusing by hand. If you already enjoy manual focus, or you shoot slow, deliberate work where you have time to get it right, the Loxia is the more interesting lens. Either way, the 1-stop difference in aperture is small, so don't choose on that alone.
