You asked
Sony a7 vs sony a7 ii?
I'd pick the Sony a7 II over the original. Both are 24.3-megapixel full frame mirrorless cameras on the Sony E mount, but the Sony a7 II has stabilisation built into the body. The Sony a7 has none, and its autofocus is slow by today's standards. If you're buying used, the a7 II is the cheap way into stabilised full frame. The original is only worth considering if it's much cheaper.
On the a7 II, a sensible everyday pair is the Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS for walking-around shooting, plus the Sony FE 28mm f/2 if you'd rather carry a small prime. On the original a7, stick to stabilised lenses for slow shutter speeds.
