You asked
Sony a6600 vs sony a6400?
The a6600 and a6400 share the same 24.2-megapixel APS-C sensor and were both announced in 2019. The big difference is stabilisation. The a6600 has it built into the body, and it also has a bigger battery and a deeper grip. The a6400 is smaller and very quick to focus, but it has no body stabilisation, so you'll need stabilised lenses for slow shutter speeds.
If you shoot handheld in dim light or want longer battery life, I'd pick the a6600. If you want the lightest body and fast focus, the a6400 is the one. For the a6400, a lens with OSS is the sensible choice. The Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS is a good everyday zoom.
