You asked
Should I upgrade from the leica q2?
I don't have a comparison of the Q2 against a newer body, so I can't tell you whether it's worth upgrading. What I can say is that the Q2 is a 47-megapixel full-frame compact with a built-in 28mm f/1.7 lens, and that still makes it a capable camera for a lot of work. See the Leica Q2 page for the full specs.
If you're thinking about a Q2 Monochrom instead, it's the same camera shooting black and white only. Check the Leica Q2 Monochrom page before deciding.
Before you spend, ask yourself what's actually holding your pictures back. If it's the lens or the tripod, a cheaper fix may do more. The Landscape page has a good list of those. And if you do decide to upgrade, the Buying used guide explains why a one- or two-generation-old body often gives you most of the camera for much less.
