Should I upgrade from the leica m10?

Only if you're hitting a specific limit. Upgrading for its own sake rarely pays off with the M10.

If you need more resolution for big prints or heavy cropping, the Leica M10-R is the high-resolution M10, with a 40.9-megapixel sensor. If you want a quieter shutter and a touchscreen, look at the Leica M10-P. The Leica M10-D drops the rear screen, so it's a different way of shooting rather than a step up.

If none of those is holding you back, keep your M10 and put the money into a lens. The original M10 page lists plenty of options. If you do want a newer body, buying used can get you most of the camera for much less.
