You asked
Should I upgrade from the fujifilm x t2?
Whether you should upgrade depends on what's holding you back. The X-T2 is a 24.3-megapixel APS-C mirrorless camera with no stabilisation in the body. If blur at slow shutter speeds is the problem, a stabilised lens will help more than a new body. The Fujifilm XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS is a good everyday kit lens, and the Fujifilm XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR is a strong pick if you shoot portraits or telephoto.
If you do want a new body, I'd look at the used market first. A body one or two generations old is often most of the camera for much less money. See Buying used.
