Should I upgrade from the fujifilm x pro1?

It depends on what's frustrating you. The X-Pro1 is a 2012 camera, and its autofocus is slow by today's standards. It also has no stabilisation in the body, so you'll rely on stabilised lenses for slow shutter speeds. If those limits keep costing you shots, upgrading is a fair call. If your pictures are coming out well, a lens may do more for you than a new body. The X-Pro1 takes a huge range of them, such as the Fujifilm XF 35mm f/1.4 R prime.

Before you spend much, check buying used. A body one or two generations old is often most of the camera for a fraction of the price. For the rest of the X-mount range, see Fujifilm X.
