You asked

Pentax hd fa 77mm f 1 8 limited vs pentax hd fa 43mm f 1 9 limited?

Both are Pentax HD FA Limited primes for full frame, both fit the Pentax K mount, and both autofocus without stabilisation. The real difference is how they frame.

The 43mm f/1.9 is the everyday one. It's close to a natural view, and on APS-C it behaves like a 64mm. The 77mm f/1.8 is the portrait lens. You stand further back, faces look better, and backgrounds blur more. On APS-C it acts like a 116mm.

If you mainly photograph people, take the 77mm. The portraits guide also favours a longer lens for headshots. For street, travel and low light, I'd carry the 43mm.
