Om system pen vs om system om 3 astro?

For most people, I'd pick the OM System PEN. It's a rangefinder-style body with a built-in electronic viewfinder, IPX1 splash resistance and five-axis stabilisation, which makes it a good everyday camera for colour photos.

The OM System OM-3 Astro is a specialist. Its filter passes H-alpha light, so it's made for astrophotography and isn't meant for everyday colour shots. Unless the night sky is your main subject, skip it.

Both share the same 20.4-megapixel Micro Four Thirds sensor and in-body stabilisation, so they take the same lenses. Choose the body by what you shoot, then pick a lens by focal length. If you're comparing with full frame, the focal length converter will do the maths for you.
