You asked
Om system om 3 astro vs om system om 3?
The two bodies are very close on paper. Both are mirrorless Micro Four Thirds cameras with a 20.4-megapixel sensor and in-body stabilisation, and both take the same lens list. The difference is the filter and the purpose. The OM System OM-3 Astro has an IR-cut filter that passes H-alpha light, so it's built for astrophotography. I wouldn't use it for everyday colour shots. It was also announced a year later, in 2026, against 2025 for the OM System OM-3.
If you want one camera for everything, get the standard OM-3. If you're shooting nebulae and the night sky and nothing else, the Astro is the one. Either way, you can check how far a lens reaches on either body with the focal length converter.
