You asked
Nikon z 24 70mm f 2 8 s vs nikon z 24 70mm f 2 8 s ii?
The Nikon Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S II is the one I'd pick. It's lighter and focuses much quicker than the original, which is the main difference I have on record. Otherwise the two are the same lens: 24-70mm at f/2.8, made for full frame, not stabilised, with autofocus. Both fit the same Nikon Z bodies, full frame and APS-C alike.
If you already own the Nikon Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S and it's doing the job, there's no pressing reason to replace it. If you're buying new and shoot moving subjects or want a lighter kit, get the S II.
If you're still choosing your first standard zoom, the lenses guide explains why a 24-70mm is a sensible starting point.
