You asked

Nikon z 24 50mm f 4 6 3 vs nikon z 24 70mm f 4 s?

The Nikon Z 24-70mm f/4 S is the one I'd pick for most people. It covers more range, and it stays at f/4 across the whole zoom. The Nikon Z 24-50mm f/4-6.3 gets darker as you zoom in, and it stops at 50mm, so you lose the portrait-length end.

Go for the 24-50mm if you want the smallest possible full-frame kit and you mostly shoot wide and in good light. Neither lens is stabilised, so keep shutter speeds up in dim rooms.

Both fit the full-frame Nikon Z bodies, such as the Nikon Z6 II, Nikon Z5 II and Nikon Z8. If you're unsure what a standard zoom should cover, the lens guide explains it, and the aperture notes explain why a constant f/4 matters.
