You asked

Nikon d610 vs nikon d750?

Both are 24.3-megapixel full frame Nikon DSLRs on the Nikon F mount, with no stabilisation in the body. The main difference is age. The Nikon D610 was announced in 2013 and is the cheaper used way into full frame. The Nikon D750 came out in 2014, so it's the newer of the two, and it's still my pick as a classic used full-frame buy.

Either body works with the same lenses. For an everyday kit, I'd start with the Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED, add the Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8G for low light, and move to the Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II when you need reach.
