You asked

Meike 85mm f 1 4 ii vs sirui aurora 85mm f 1 4?

On paper these two are very close. Both are 85mm f/1.4 autofocus primes for full frame, neither has stabilisation, and both frame an 85mm view on full frame. On APS-C, both behave like about 128mm with the depth of field of roughly f/2.1.

The difference is mounts. The Meike 85mm f/1.4 II fits Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount. The Sirui Aurora 85mm f/1.4 also fits Fujifilm X, so if you shoot Fuji, the Sirui is your only choice of the two.

My site doesn't rate build quality or image rendering, so I'd check your own mount first and then judge the feel of each in a shop. For why an 85mm suits portraits, see the lenses for portraits.
