You asked

Meike 50mm f 1 8 stm vs nikon z 50mm f 1 8 s?

Both are 50mm f/1.8 autofocus primes for full frame, and neither has stabilisation. Their frame, depth of field and autofocus behaviour should be much the same. The difference is where they fit.

The Meike 50mm f/1.8 STM is the one to pick if you move between systems or might switch later. It mounts on Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount, so one lens can follow you across bodies. The Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8 S is made for Nikon Z only. If you already shoot Nikon Z, it's the natural match, and I'd buy it for that reason rather than for any claim I can't back from these pages.

If you want one lens for people, low light and food, either one does the job. Start with your first lenses if you're still building a kit, and see the portrait lenses for why this focal length works so well.
