You asked

Leica m monochrom vs leica m p typ 240?

The Leica M Monochrom is the original black-and-white-only M, with an 18-megapixel CCD sensor from 2012. The Leica M-P (Typ 240) shoots colour at 24 megapixels, with a bigger buffer, a sapphire screen and no red dot, announced in 2014.

If you want black and white at higher resolution, the Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) is 24 megapixels and built on the Typ 240. For colour, I'd pick the M-P.

Both bodies take the same lenses. I'd start with the Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2, the Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 ASPH and the Leica Elmarit-M 28mm f/2.8 ASPH.
