You asked

Leica apo summicron sl 35mm f 2 asph vs meike 35mm f 2 stm?

Both are 35mm f/2 primes for full frame, both autofocus, and neither has stabilisation. The difference is mostly about which camera you own.

The Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH is an L-Mount lens, so it suits Leica SL and Panasonic Lumix bodies. The Meike 35mm f/2 STM comes in Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount, so it covers more camera systems. If you're on Sony or Nikon Z, the Meike is your only option of the two.

If you shoot L-Mount and want the Leica, its sibling, the Leica Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH, is about half the weight of the APO version. I don't list prices, so check those yourself. For environmental portraits, see portraits.
