You asked

Laowa 10mm f 2 8 zero d ff vs 7artisans af 10mm f 2 5?

Both are 10mm primes for full frame, neither has stabilisation, and both autofocus on Sony E and Nikon Z bodies. The difference comes down to your mount and how much light you want.

The 7Artisans AF 10mm f/2.5 is the brighter lens, and it autofocuses on L-Mount as well. If you shoot Sony, Nikon Z or L-Mount and want the most light, I'd pick it.

The Laowa 10mm f/2.8 Zero-D FF is Laowa's first autofocus lens. It's slightly slower, and on Canon RF and L-Mount bodies it's manual focus only. Choose it if you want Laowa's build on Sony or Nikon Z and don't mind the smaller aperture.
