Is the zeiss zx1 good for video?
The Zeiss ZX1 isn't a strong pick for video, at least by the checklist on my video guide.
Its fixed 35mm lens is narrower than the 16-20mm full-frame equivalent I'd want for vlogging at arm's length. It also has no stabilisation listed, which matters when you're holding a camera for minutes at a time. I can't confirm a flip-out screen or a microphone input from the ZX1 page, so check those specs before you buy.
If you mostly shoot stills with a little video, it could still work. For serious video, look at the video guide first, and budget for audio from the start.
