Is the zeiss milvus 25mm f 1 4 good on aps c?
On APS-C it's a good, useful lens. On a Canon APS-C body it frames like about 40mm on full frame, and on Nikon APS-C like about 38mm. That's a natural everyday view, a little tighter than the 33-35mm primes most people start with. At f/1.4 it gives roughly the depth of field of f/2.1 to f/2.2, so backgrounds still soften nicely.
The catches are that it's manual focus only and not stabilised, so you'll be focusing by hand. If you're new to primes, the first lenses guide explains why a fast standard prime is worth having.
