Is the yongnuo yn85mm f 1 8 df dsm sharp wide open?

I don't have test results on how sharp the Yongnuo YN85mm f/1.8 DF DSM is at f/1.8, so I can't give you a verdict on wide-open sharpness. The lens page covers its mounts, autofocus, and which cameras it fits, but not image quality.

What I can tell you is that at f/1.8 the focus will be very thin. Eyes can be sharp with a soft background, but the depth of field may be thinner than a face. Stopping down a little, to f/2.8, helps with groups. See Portraits: aperture and background blur for more on that.
