You asked
Is the yongnuo yn12 35mm f 2 8 4m good for vlogging?
Not really, not for vlogging. On Micro Four Thirds this Yongnuo YN12-35mm f/2.8-4M frames like 24-70mm on full frame, so its widest setting is 24mm equivalent. My vlogging guide wants around 16-20mm at arm's length, because 24mm crops you tight. The lens is also not stabilised, which matters when you hold the camera out in front of you.
If you already own a Micro Four Thirds body that fits it, such as the Panasonic Lumix G100, you can still use it, but expect tight framing. For a proper vlogging setup, I'd look for a wider lens first. Also check the flip screen, microphone input and weight on the camera itself, since the lens doesn't control those. The Video page covers what to prioritise.
