Is the voigtl nder nokton 50mm f 1 2 aspherical sharp wide open?
I don't have sharpness test results for the Voigtländer Nokton 50mm f/1.2 Aspherical, so I can't say how crisp it is at f/1.2. What I can tell you is that it's a manual-focus prime for full frame, with Sony E and Leica M mounts, and at f/1.2 it gives very thin depth of field. Its wide-open look is a deliberate choice, so you'll be focusing carefully.
For what f/1.2 does to focus and background blur, see Lenses. If you're shooting people with it, Portraits explains why f/1.2 can leave even a face partly soft, and when stopping down to f/2.8 helps.
