Is the voigtl nder apo ultron 90mm f 2 weather sealed?

The page for the Voigtländer APO-Ultron 90mm f/2 doesn't say whether it's weather sealed. It lists the basics: a manual-focus prime for full-frame Leica M cameras, with no stabilisation. I'd rather not guess, so check Voigtländer's own specifications before you rely on it in rain or spray.

If you plan to shoot outdoors in bad weather, weather sealing matters. My Landscape guide explains why, and it's worth reading before you pick a lens for wet conditions. The 90mm is a good portrait focal length, so if you're weighing it for that, see Portraits too.
