You asked
Is the viltrox af 23mm f 1 4 worth it?
I think it's worth a look if you shoot on APS-C. The Viltrox AF 23mm f/1.4 frames roughly like a 34mm on full frame, which makes it a handy everyday view for street, travel and walking-around shots. The f/1.4 aperture gives you plenty of light and soft backgrounds. It has autofocus but no stabilisation, so in dim rooms you'll need to watch your shutter speed.
It mounts on Fujifilm X, Sony E and Nikon Z. On full-frame Sony and Nikon bodies it works in APS-C crop mode, which costs you resolution. On a Fujifilm X-T30 III or a Sony a6700 it's a natural fit.
Before you buy, check that your body supports the lens's autofocus, since third-party lenses aren't always fully supported. For the bigger question of sensor size, see Is full frame worth it?.
