Is the ttartisan tilt 50mm f 1 4 good on aps c?
The TTArtisan Tilt 50mm f/1.4 works on APS-C, but it's really a full-frame lens. On an APS-C body it frames like a 75mm lens, and f/1.4 gives about the depth of field of f/2.1. That's a nice portrait focal length, but it's manual focus and not stabilised, so it takes patience.
If you shoot APS-C, I'd look at the TTArtisan Tilt 35mm f/1.4, which is made for APS-C from the start. The 7Artisans 50mm f/1.4 Tilt-Shift is also built for APS-C. For a body to pair with either, the Sony a6400, Fujifilm X-T30 II or Nikon Z50 II are all sensible choices. For a general starting point, see lenses.
