Is the ttartisan 35mm f 1 4 worth it?

Yes, for most APS-C shooters on a budget. It's a very cheap, small, fast normal lens, and at f/1.4 it gives you low-light ability and background blur that usually cost much more.

On Sony E, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z and L-Mount APS-C bodies it frames like about 52mm, a comfortable view for people, food and everyday street shots. It's manual focus only and not stabilised, so you'll be focusing by hand. On Micro Four Thirds it becomes a 70mm-equivalent view.

It fits the fast standard prime slot in the lenses guide, and the portraits guide treats a 35mm as the right choice for environmental portraits. If you'd rather have a different aperture, the TTArtisan AF 35mm f/1.8 is the other 35mm to look at.
