Is the tokina atx m 23mm f 1 4 good for landscape?

Not really, in my view. The 23mm f/1.4 gives a view like a 34mm on full frame, which is a standard angle rather than a wide one. Landscape usually wants a wider view, and a standard prime can feel cramped on a big scene. Its f/1.4 speed also matters less here, since landscape shooters usually stop down for depth of field and use a tripod.

If you want this lens anyway, pair it with a camera that has enough resolution to pay off. On Sony bodies like the a7R series, it only works in APS-C crop mode, which throws away much of the sensor. For landscape, I'd look at a wider zoom first. My landscape page covers what matters in a camera for that kind of shooting, and the first lenses guide explains where a wide zoom fits. The Tokina atx-m 23mm f/1.4 page has the full specs if you want to check it against your camera.
