Is the tamron sp 35mm f 1 4 di usd good for landscape?
It can work for landscapes, but it isn't the lens I'd start with. On full frame, the 35mm gives you a standard-wide view, which is fine for scenes with a clear foreground. But landscape work mostly comes down to big skies and strong foregrounds, and the landscape guide points to a wide zoom around 16-35mm for that.
The f/1.4 aperture is also more than you need. Landscapes are usually shot between f/8 and f/11 for depth of field, so the speed is wasted there. If you already own this lens, it fits full frame bodies such as the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and Nikon D850, and it will do the job. If you're buying for landscapes, a wide zoom or an f/4 zoom is a better use of your money. See the lenses guide for a starter setup.
