Is the sony rx1r good for street photography?

I think the Sony RX1R is a good street camera, with one catch. Its built-in 35mm f/2 lens frames like 35mm on full frame, a classic street focal length, and you never have to change lenses. It's a compact, so it's easy to carry all day, and street photography rewards a camera people don't notice.

The catch is that it has no stabilisation, so keep your shutter speed up on dim streets. It's also from 2013. If you want more, the Sony RX1R II has 42 megapixels and a pop-up viewfinder, and the Sony RX1R III has 61 megapixels, though it still lacks stabilisation.

Whichever you choose, follow the guide on photographing people: be open about what you're doing, and delete a picture if someone asks.
