You asked
Is the sony fx5 good for beginners?
I wouldn't start with the Sony FX5. Its page describes it as a full-frame Cinema Line video camera, with the viewfinder as an optional extra, so it's built for filming rather than learning photography.
For a first camera, I still stand by Your first camera: a mirrorless body with an APS-C sensor and its kit zoom, with the money going into lenses. If you already have or want an FX5 for video, these FE lenses cover everyday ground:
- Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 for a light, compact walkabout setup
- Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS as a do-everything zoom
- Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM if you want the strongest low-light and shallow-depth-of-field option, at the cost of size
