Is the sony fx30 good for beginners?
Not really, not as a first camera. The FX30 is an APS-C Cinema Line video body with no viewfinder, and it has a fan for long recording. If you want to shoot video seriously, it's a capable choice. If you mainly want to learn photography, I'd look at a mirrorless body with a viewfinder, which is the first camera guide's advice for most people.
If you still want the FX30, it takes plenty of Sony E lenses. For an everyday kit, I'd start with the Sony E 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS, the Sony E PZ 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS for video work, or the Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS if you want one lens to cover more. Full details are on the FX30 page.
