Is the sony fe 8 14mm f 3 5 fisheye g worth it?

The 8-14mm f/3.5 Fisheye G is a specialist lens. It's Sony's first full-frame fisheye in about 20 years, and it's worth it if you want that bulging, curved-horizon look. It's an E-mount zoom, works on full-frame bodies like the Sony a7 III, and on APS-C it frames like 12-21mm.

It isn't stabilised, so keep that in mind for handheld shooting. If you mainly want wide landscapes or architecture with normal-looking lines, I'd skip it and start with a standard wide zoom, as on the landscape page. The lenses page has a sensible order for building a kit.
