Is the sony a7cr good for beginners?

I wouldn't pick the a7CR as a first camera. It's a full frame body with 61 megapixels and in-body stabilisation, which is more camera than most beginners need. My guide to your first camera recommends a mirrorless body with an APS-C sensor and its kit zoom, then spending the rest of your budget on lenses.

If you're set on the a7CR, keep the lens choice simple. The Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 is small and light, and the Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS covers most everyday shooting in one lens. Before you pay full price for any of it, see buying used.
