Is the samyang af 24mm f 1 8 fe good for video?

Not as a first choice. My pages list the 24mm f/1.8 as a night-sky lens, and it isn't stabilised, which matters for handheld video. On full frame, 24mm also frames fairly tight for vlogging at arm's length. The video guide suggests roughly 16-20mm full-frame equivalent for that.

If video is the main job, I'd look at the Samyang AF 35mm f/1.4 P FE instead. It's lighter and has little focus breathing, so the framing stays steady when you change focus. It fits full-frame Sony E bodies, such as the Sony ZV-E1, which is a video-focused option in the same mount.

Whichever lens you choose, budget for sound from the start. The audio section explains why.
