Is the ricoh gr good in low light?

The site doesn't have a low-light test for the Ricoh GR, so I can't give you a score. Here's what it has. The Ricoh GR pairs an APS-C sensor with a fast 18mm f/2.8 lens, which gathers a useful amount of light. It has no stabilisation, though, so in dim rooms you'll need fast shutter speeds or a steady surface.

Full frame is the step up for low light. My sensor guide explains the trade-off: for travel and street, a good APS-C camera is enough, and that's what the GR is built for. If low light is your main job, look at a full-frame camera instead.

If you want a flash built in, the Ricoh GR II has one, which the GR III dropped.
