You asked
Is the om system om 3 astro good in low light?
I don't have low-light test results for the OM System OM-3 Astro, so I can't give you a verdict on its general low-light performance. The camera is an OM-3 with an IR-cut filter that passes H-alpha light. It's built for astrophotography and isn't meant for everyday colour photos, so it's a poor fit for ordinary dim-room shooting.
Micro Four Thirds has a small sensor, so fast lenses do most of the work in dim light. If you want a lens for that, I'd look at the Olympus M.Zuiko 25mm f/1.2 PRO, the Olympus M.Zuiko 17mm f/1.2 PRO, or the Panasonic Leica DG 25mm f/1.4 II. For the sensor background, see Sensor sizes.
