Is the nikon d850 good in low light?

The D850 is a full frame camera, and full frame is the size that helps most in low light. The sensor guide says a bigger sensor collects more light at the same framing and f-number, which gives cleaner images at high ISO. I don't have specific high-ISO test results for the D850 on this site, so I can't rank it against rivals.

Low light is also about the lens, so I'd pair it with a fast prime. Good picks from its list are the Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.4G, the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art, and the Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.4G. The body has no stabilisation, so for slow shutter speeds, choose a stabilised lens.
